Casa tipica da ristrutturare con terreno al centro del borgo.
Grande casa su tre livelli di circa 300 mq, totalmente da ristrutturare, proprio sulla piazza centrale del borgo e con un terreno retro pianeggiante di circa 800 mq. La casa è costituita da una unità principale più grande con diverse aperture di porte e finestre e di una unità più piccola contigua, realizzate per lo più con muratura in blocchi di tufo ma anche in mattoni posteriormente. La facciata anteriore presenta diverse porte contornate da portali in pietra o mattoni e due alte finestre che si aprono su altrettanti balconi in pietra. La facciata posteriore ha grandi porte metalliche e due finestre inframezzate da una coppia di aperture ad ovale. Il livello inferiore (interrato) è raggiungibile con una comoda scala interna in muratura ed è costituito da due grandi cantine collegate, scavate nella roccia e con soffitto a voltine di mattoni. Il piano terra è occupato da una serie di ambienti adibiti a magazzini, rimesse, depositi, quasi tutti comunicanti ed in parte con soffitti a voltine; peculiare un grande camino. Una scala centrale interna con gradini in pietra conduce al primo piano adibito in passato ad abitazione; presenti cucine con camini, bagno, soggiorno camere da letto e camerette, oggi in stato di abbandono. Vedute panoramiche da tutti i lati verso le montagne ed il territorio circostante. La casa più piccola presenta un unico grande ambiente con alto tetto a vista ed uscite dirette sul terreno posteriore.
I tetti della casa sono in legno e pur se ancora efficaci, debbono essere rifatti. Presente impianto di riscaldamento a gas metano con radiatori a parete. Tutta la struttura ha bisogno di generale riparazione e consolidamento, con la prospettiva di diventare una notevole residenza in una peculiare localizzazione.

Il terreno posteriore (800 mq) è pianeggiante e fiancheggiato da una via comunale per un comodo accesso con mezzi meccanici, è molto panoramico ed è in parte tenuto a prato ed in parte occupato da file di alberi di melograno.

Typical house to be restored with land in the center of the village.
Three story large house about 300 sqm, completely to be restored, right in the central square of the village and with a rear flat land about 800 sqm. The house is composed by of a larger main unit with several doors and windows and a smaller contiguous unit, mostly made of masonry in tuff blocks but also in brickwork behind. The front facade has several doors surrounded by stones or bricks and two tall windows opening onto stone balconies. The rear facade has large metal doors and two windows framed by a pair of oval openings. The lower level (underground) can be reached with a comfortable masonry staircase and is made up of two large cellars connected, carved in rock and with brick vaulted ceilings. The ground floor has a series of storage rooms, warehouses, almost all communicating and partly with brick vaulted ceilings; peculiar is a large fireplace. An internal central staircase with stone steps leads to the first floor inhabited many years ago; there are kitchens with chimneys, bathroom, living room and bedrooms, now in abandoned state. Panoramic views from all sides to the mountains and the surrounding area. The smaller house has a unique large room with high roof on sight and direct exits to the back ground.
The roofs of the house are in wood and although still effective, they must be remade. There is a methane gas heating system (not working) with wall radiators. The whole structure needs general repair and consolidation, with the prospect of becoming a remarkable residence in a peculiar location.

The back ground (800 sqm) is flat and flanked by a communal road for convenient access by cars, it is very panoramic and is partially kept in the lawn and partly occupied by rows of pomegranate trees.
